See her mouth? you can see the inside of the cheek on the other side, here. But in reality, unless her head was at an angle, it's unlikely that you would be able to see that - it would be in the same position as the cheek closer to us, hidden from view.
And one other nitpick - since the two are face to face, eye contact would be nice, but that's just my personal preference. Again, I still like your drawing a whole lot. Just noticed these little bits now. XD
to start with the first message, thank you, all the nice stuff you said made me really happy
I do realise it would be more pretty to have the fins on the whole drawing, but my scaner didn't seem to be able to fit it all in, and i was scared that i would be to late if i spent more time on the scanning, yay for doing everything on the last minute possible >_>
I never actually watched that movie/series, whatever it is, btu it sure souds intresting. And fishies with long fins are amazig, i really hope soemthing like that exist for real.
I tried to let them have eye contact, but it was kinda hard, the fish beeing a fish and all with just a black dot for a eye. And on the chin part, it looked ugly when i tryed to leve it open. Like someone cut out a chunk of her face or something .__.
and, i'm really glad i have your vote, makes me happy to hear, seeing as their are a lot of nice artwork and small comics and stuff in this comeption.
And thanks a lot for the constructiv critism, i always loves it when someone acutally takes their time to sit down and write stuff that is good, and what could be bether c: And if that sounded sarcastic, it's not u__u
Yeah, bet theres a lot of writing mistaces in here, sorry about that, english is not my native language ><
I like this. I rarely see someone represent themselves with an animal like a goldfish - it's usually a wolf or a cat, or some ridiculous exotic animal. "I'm totes a lemur, really, lol"
This is great as it is, though I think it would be nice if the fishies' fins didn't leave the page at the bottom.
Have you ever watched Fantasia? This reminds me of the 'Arabian Coffee' portion of the Nutcracker Suite, with dozens of pretty fish with long diaphonous fins like this one. It's nice to see someone work along those same lines.
Good luck with the contest - you have my vote. (Or you would, if it were up to a vote)
